Shipping

All orders ship directly from Maui, Hawaii. We carefully wrap every piece by hand to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Delivery time: Most mainland US orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. Hawaii orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

Free shipping: Orders over $50 ship free anywhere in the US.

Flat rate shipping: Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

International shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on adding international shipping — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

To start a return or exchange, email us at asianartsmaui@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 24 hours.

Please note: Because our items are handcrafted, each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, grain, and shape are part of what makes them special — these are features, not defects.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives broken or damaged, contact us right away with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
